NBG International Funds is registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (a “UCITS”) under the form of “Fonds Commun de Placement” ("FCP"), is managed by NBG ASSET MANAGEMENT LUXEMBOURG (the “Management Company”) based in Luxemburg and it is fully owned by National Bank of Greece.

The Fund is classified as UCITS IV Collective Investment based on the directive 2009/65 of the European Parliament and on Luxembourg legislation, which allows for the marketing of the shares of its Sub Funds in all European countries.
